If you have trouble logging in (i.e. the website reloads without any error message) you can try the following hints:
- Issue a password reset
In order to do so, the login screen offers a password reset link below the login form (see figure below). Alternatively follow this link.
You need to specify the email address which is known in our system for the email to be sent out. - do not use your email address as username
At the time of registration you have specified an username which is used for the login. If you do not remember your username anymore, you can also use the password reset function. The resulting email also tells you your username. If you can recall your password, you can safely ignore the link in that email for the password reset. - create a ticket
