Yes, these will be available to surveys and include:

Raw FITS frames containing calibration and science data which will be produced at the telescope together with associated quality tables - Level 0 (L0) data - will be available from the ESO archive only
Level 1 (L1) data - 1D calibrated, science-ready spectra and all useful ancillary data produced during L1 processing will be accessible through the 4MOST Public Archive (4PA)
Calibration database, i.e. all master calibration files such as CCD flats, fiber flats, etc., will be accessible through 4PA
